The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was lovely and clean.
The bed was quite hard.

Rooms and breakfast were good. Location was fantastic, just 5min walk from Khao San road (close enough to go walking but far enough to have a nice sleep) and 7min walk to the Grand Palace.
The poverty of the street, there was a contrast between the Hotel and the boonsiri road. There were some Ladyboys at the corner of our Hotel. If all this doesn´t bother you, I highly recommend the Hotel. It is worth the money.

Close to Royal Palace, Gaint Swing, Wat Pho, Pier...
Very noisy. Too much of poor locals around the hotel...

located near Grand Palace, breakfast is reasonably good and "unlimited" ;)
Hotel stuff tried to cheat us - taxi (with taximeter) to airport costs roughly 250 bath, not 500 as they tried to arrange.

The staff were attencious, near to the most important temples, quiet and clean room.
No minibar at the room.

basically nice hotel and room. nice staff
the location is pretty bad. a lot of ladyboys outside. if i were alone, i would not feel comfortable walking around at night. about 10 minutes walk to Khawasan Rd. (not 5). which is the closest place for restaurants and such. Laundry service is very expensive (you pay per item, not per Kg.), and the closest is khawasan Rd.

Location is good, not as noisy as kah san rd, only short distance to walk there, also very close to night markets which sell everything u need, good food there. Good if u go for a short time
I didnt think the staff were ver friendly or helpful, i think the rooms look like the photos either.

Location of the hotel is good because we could see how the local people live, it was quite noisy but that was ok for us, we kinda expected that. Room ok, bathroom was clean but u could see mould in the corners.
The front desk staff could be more friendly amd smiling. In our booking we required one room with queen bed and another with twin beds and we didn`t get that. I could ask for change but i didn`t do it but you can see have they read special requirements.

Low price and very convenient location, close to all main historical attractions. Staff was very helpful and client oriented. We forgot our bag in the luggage room and the staff did everything possible to bring it to us at the airport. I am very grateful for that!
surroundings seem rather unpleasant and dangerous at first. But this is only a first impression.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast and WiFi included in my booking. 15-20 minutes' walk away from the Grand Palace.
The bed was very hard. Ugly view -- keep the curtain drawn.

Poor location. It is close to dirty and ugly streets. The room has no refrigerator. There is no parking. We need to park the car on the street and change the car parking every night (otherwise we get a fine). Also the breakfast could be better.
